The general rule is that changing the scale of the pattern makes it a fully custom carpet. For custom carpets, we require a minimum order quantity of 120 sq yards. Custom carpets are available on our 9 Highline carpet substrates, but are not available in our multi-level loop products (Reform collections) and our budget flat weave collections (Una).
