If upon delivery the carpet goods show visible signs of shipping damage, make sure to note the damage clearly on the delivery slip presented to you by the trucking company for signature. If no written mention of damage is made upon delivery, then we will not be able to accept any claim on the material in regards to shipping damage.

Please take pictures and send these immediately to one of our team members so that we can find a solution to resolve this issue. The first course of action will be to determine if you can work around the damage during installation, since the damage may fall in an area that was going to be cut away regardless.

If no other solution remains than supplying new materials, then we will provide new materials free of charge and ship these to you per sea freight. The same lead time as the initial materials will apply and we will not cover labor for installation/re-installation if you decide to install temporary materials.
